The project is in Al Ain Sokhna, which is about 180 km away from Cairo, and includes buildings and tourist facilities (a range of villas, chalets, swimming pools and a commercial mall).
Project Facts:
Villas and chalets: it is a 120 building (51 villas and 69 chalet buildings and twin villas) with different models and a total number of units 439 alone and a total of 98,800 m², and the Royal Compound project on an area of 43 acres.
